- Have 7+ years of experience crafting web content and user experiences for high-growth brands, ideally B2B
- Strong digital marketing skill and experience. This position needs to understand how to use digital experiences to drive desired results.
- Experience growing site traffic through technical, content and site structure improvements
- Proven experience in content reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Pendo to name a few) and working in a CMS
- Have experience collaborating across teams like product, engineering, design, and the wider marketing organization
- Be receptive to feedback from partners at every level
- And last but not least—have a proactive and positive demeanor
