Customer Account Specialist



What you’ll do when you get here:

  • Work with key customer stakeholders to map their processes and understand their process workflows
  • Develop SOPs for internal stakeholders to ensure proper coverage and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with carrier sales and tracking teams to ensure load coverage and on-time delivery
  • Communicate timely updates to the customer
  • Work with Strategic Account Manager to grow revenue and volume targets
  • Build rapport with customers to be the main POC for any opportunities, questions or escalations
  • Problem-solve through any issues that occur before, during or after transit
  • Accurately and effectively work as part of the account management team to make sure our shippers and carriers are delighted with the Shipwell experience

What you need to have:

  • 1+ years of logistics and transportation experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • The ability to multi-task with elite prioritization to not lose sight of the ultimate objective to succeed
  • Experience working with Excel, Word, GSuite, and MacBook products
