What you’ll do when you get here:
- Work with key customer stakeholders to map their processes and understand their process workflows
- Develop SOPs for internal stakeholders to ensure proper coverage and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with carrier sales and tracking teams to ensure load coverage and on-time delivery
- Communicate timely updates to the customer
- Work with Strategic Account Manager to grow revenue and volume targets
- Build rapport with customers to be the main POC for any opportunities, questions or escalations
- Problem-solve through any issues that occur before, during or after transit
- Accurately and effectively work as part of the account management team to make sure our shippers and carriers are delighted with the Shipwell experience
What you need to have:
- 1+ years of logistics and transportation experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to multi-task with elite prioritization to not lose sight of the ultimate objective to succeed
- Experience working with Excel, Word, GSuite, and MacBook products
