To qualify opportunity, you will have

  • Ability to operate a computer in a Windows environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to work well in an evolving, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and processing skills
  • Skills in handling customer complaints in a calm and polished manner
  • High attention to detail
  • High school graduate or GED (associate degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
  • Bilingual skills (French or Spanish) are a plus
