Who You Are

    • 5+ years of experience working with Data Warehouse tools and data
    • Excellent analytic skills associated with working on structured and unstructured datasets
    • The ability to translate user requests into technical requirementsAbility to lead a team, including technical and professional mentoring
    • Experience with supporting and administrating back end data platforms that support data visualizations (such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift or BigQuery)
    • Ability to ask the right questions to get to the heart of the business need
    • Ability to optimize existing SQL as well as write efficient SQL code
    • Ability to create efficient and effective data pipelines
    • Ability to perform root cause analysis on external and internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and answer questions
    • Excellent analytic skills associated with working on structured and unstructured datasets 5+ years of experience working with Data Warehouse tools and data
    • Written and verbal communication that is clear, concise and articulate
    • Experience and comfort communicating with various teams and levels within the company
    • Project management skills (planning, tracking/communicating progress against the plan, pivoting and communicating changes to the plan as needed)
    • Well organized and able to quickly reprioritize and renegotiate commitments as priorities shift
    • You have a growth mindset
    • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement with a bias for action
    • Active interest in tying work and requirements back to business outcomes and ability to bring forward new ideas on how business outcomes might be improved

Total Compensation

    • Full base salary range of $110,000 – $145,000
    • Up to 15% bonus, paid quarterly
    • Salary Band and Philosophy: We place candidates within the band based on professional experience, not negotiating skills, as part of our overall effort to avoid gender pay discrepancy.
    • If you’re a high potential candidate that needs additional training and support, we’re willing to bring you below the midpoint and invest in your success. If you’re a candidate with particularly deep experience and expertise, we’re willing to bring you in above the midpoint. Most candidates will come in at the midpoint, and all employees have the ability to move up in their band through annual merit increases (and move to the next band through promotions).
