What you’ll be doing:

  • Expand the current footprint with our highest spending customers through account mapping, discovery, and conversation with existing contacts.
  • Deliver and communicate C4B value proposition and a world-class customer experience with strategic touch points throughout the customer journey.
  • Grow revenue through renewals and upsells, while identifying key decision-makers and budgets across the organizations within your assigned book of business.
  • Identify and engage with new key decision-makers and points of contact inside your accounts and encourage referrals to broaden the C4B footprint across other functional groups within your client’s organizations.
  • Work closely with our cross functional teams to deliver incredible customer service and deliverables to your clients that achieve their desired results.
  • Manage your book of business operationally by developing account and territory plans, managing contacts and opportunities within a CRM, using intelligence tools to be more informed about your customers, and communicate your forecast consistently and accurately on a regular basis with leadership.
  • Share findings and feedback that help guide the strategic direction of the C4B product offerings.
  • Build strategic relationships with C4B Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handoff and onboarding experience for new customers.
  • Help write the playbook and level up the standard of excellence for Cameo’s next $100M+ business line.
