Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, motivation, and support to ensure established objectives in sales, service, quality, and productivity are achieved in a rapidly changing environment that supports our business
  • Effective recruitment and hiring- attract and retain talented people; know each individual’s capabilities and aspirations; invest in the growth of others.
  • Plan and direct sales activities and objectives to improve sales volume as well as identify employee performance goals and measurements, partnering with them to obtain positive results
  • Establish close working relationships with field sales management and operations to maintain in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and constantly improve sales process.
  • Develop training and coaching to enable Internals Sales Consultants to be successful in achieving established performance goals
  • Proficient in an ability to problem solve as well as navigate through the available resources to enable your team to be successful
  • Leverage data to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement as well as trends and behaviors
  • Strategize, execute, and measure the impact of mass marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast and performance
  • Stay ahead of competition, competitive issues, and products
  • Develop compensation programs with the overall corporate objectives in mind
  • Participate in various ad-hoc projects as determined by the National Sales Director
  • Identify, implement, and maintain controls to mitigate financial and operational risks ensuring all sales functions operate in compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Adhere to the highest levels of integrity and professional conduct
  • Must have the mindset of a Leader- lead with purpose, serve people, solve problems, and bring energy
