What You’ll Do:
-
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Manage the global strategy and setup of our SEM campaigns with a data-driven approach including structure, keywords, bidding, tracking and attribution
- Effectively manage a global budget and scale through strategies like automatically generated landing pages, personalization and automated bidding.
- Build tests to validate hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations based on in-depth analyses
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and identify opportunities and actions to iterate and improve campaign performance and impact
- Communicate regular updates, channel metrics, progress reports, timelines, and results to company stakeholders
Who You Are:
-
- You have 3-5 years progressive experience in performance marketing and running SEM campaigns
- You are a hands-on person who takes full ownership of your channels and aren’t afraid to think outside the box
- You are an expert in bidding and targeting strategies, budget allocation, and performance measurement
- You have a passion for analysis, finding the root causes of problems as well as proposing potential solutions
- You’ve used tools like Tableau, Hubspot, Optimize, and GA to track leads, measure success, and run tests
- You think beyond “number of leads generated” and gauge your success by impact on revenue
- You have experience reporting out to senior executives and partnering across internal teams
- You have experience with performance marketing in a B2B/SaaS environment
- Bonus points if you have an understanding of Amazon advertising
