Monthly performance bonus (potential up to $5,400 annually)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries by phone, email or chat
- Must be able to speak and read English and Spanish proficiently
- Providing accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Maintaining a professional manner at all times, meeting company and regulatory standards
- Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer issues and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Promoting our products as company ambassadors
- Effectively managing multiple tasks or projects and are keen to help teammates do the same
- Staying educated on corporate process and initiatives as well as market changes

Requirements:
- Must have a home-office environment that is quiet and distraction-free
- Must have reliable internet connection (minimum download speed of 25mpbs)
- Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years contact center experience
- Must be bilingual – fluency in both English & Spanish
- Must reside in Texas
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable attendance record
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Retail energy industry a plus
