Pay:   $16.75 per hour plus incentives!

Monthly performance bonus (potential up to $5,400 annually)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries by phone, email or chat
  • Must be able to speak and read English and Spanish proficiently
  • Providing accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Maintaining a professional manner at all times, meeting company and regulatory standards 
  • Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer issues and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Promoting our products as company ambassadors
  • Effectively managing multiple tasks or projects and are keen to help teammates do the same
  • Staying educated on corporate process and initiatives as well as market changes

Requirements:

  • Must have a home-office environment that is quiet and distraction-free
  • Must have reliable internet connection (minimum download speed of 25mpbs)
  • Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years contact center experience
  • Must be bilingual – fluency in both English & Spanish
  • Must reside in Texas
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable attendance record
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Retail energy industry a plus
